Cancelation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, or do not show up for your appointment at all, you will be charged in full for the session. If you have a package, the session will be deducted from your remaining massages. I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, and am willing to consider each situation on a case by case basis.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment or whether we will need to reschedule. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for paying for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
In order to expedite the check-in process, I encourage you to fill out my Client Intake Form in advance and bring it with you to your appointment.
Right of Refusal
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, with or without stating a cause. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or that behaves in a suggestive, rude, or inappropriate manner. I reserve the right to modify or refuse service to anyone that presents a medical condition that may be contraindicated to massage.
